Network requirements
Your Deligo kiosk connects to our servers hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud. You can find more details about Azure’s security and legal compliance here.
For optimal performance, the kiosk requires a stable internet connection via a standard Ethernet cable. WiFi is not recommended. The minimum recommended internet speed is 20 Mbps for both download and upload.
The kiosk requires network access to:

Use the automatic network check feature on the kiosk to check the network access of the *.deligovision.com services. This will also list the individual hosts and their IP addresses.
